Veteran healthcare AI leader to scale Weave’s platform for enterprise pharma and biotech
SAN FRANCISCO, OCTOBER 15, 2026, – Weave Bio, the leader in AI-native regulatory knowledge management for drug development, today announced the appointment of Krates Ng as Chief Technology Officer. Ng will lead engineering, product architecture, and AI development as Weave scales its platform to meet rising enterprise demand and increasingly complex drug development workflows.
Ng joins from Unlearn AI, where he served as CTO building the technical and operational foundations for the company’s commercial expansion of AI solutions for clinical trials. He previously led engineering and machine learning teams at RapidAI, developing AI-powered clinical decision support products, and co-founded oncology AI company CliniCast.
